FRESH 48 NEWBORN SESSION AT TRINITY HEALTH ANN ARBOR HOSPITAL

Fresh 48 sessions are truly my favorite type of session to photograph. Since it was slow season, I decided that I wanted to gift a fresh 48 session to a deserving mama and Lauren and Kyle were the perfect choice! I first met Lauren and Kyle back in 2020 when they reached out to have us film their wedding and over the years, we truly view them as our friends. It has been so fun to watch them go on with life after their wedding day and now growing their little family together! Lauren was induced early, so when I got the text from her that baby Campbell was here, I was SO excited. I packed up my camera backpack and headed out to Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital and practically skipped all the way to their room. When I arrived, baby boy was having his 24 hour exam so it gave me and Lauren a chance to chat and it was so fun hearing about how things went and just to catch up :) Once Campbell came back, we started with him wrapped up in the hospital blanket for some solo shots and then got him changed into his personalized sweater romper (this kiddo is going to be THE most stylish little boy ever with having Lauren as his mom!) to grab some photos with mom and Dad :’)

These fresh 48 sessions are so near and dear to my heart and I will never, ever get over them.
