From the time to inquire until we deliver your photos (and beyond), we’re here for you offering support and guidance (lots of pep talks are needed sometimes!). We cannot wait to hear from you!

SO YOU WANNA BOOK, NOW WHAT?
You’ll fill out a contact form and I’ll send you our collections and pricing that we offer. We’ll FaceTime or meet in person to go over all the fun details about your wedding and see if we’re a good fit for each other!
Once you’re feeling “all in” with us, I’ll send over a digital proposal through HoneyBook where you’ll pay your retainer and sign the contract. I’ll also add you to my Diffuse Media Brides group because it is OFFICIAL Y’ALL.
We’ll follow each other on Instagram (if we’re not already) and keep it touch throughout planning! 6 weeks out, I’ll send a questionnaire for you to fill out and I’ll create a wedding day timeline to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
Once your wedding day is over, you’ll receive a teaser that we’ll post to our Instagram within 2 weeks after the wedding. You will receive the rest of your collection up to 12 weeks after, depending on the time of year.
FAQs
IS YOUR BUSINESS INSURED?
It is! We are a legitimate business (LLC) that pays taxes and insurance. Some venues require vendor insurance to shoot there, so just let me know if they do and I’ll happily send that over :)
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
Because we do both photography and videography, we consider ourselves ~storytellers. We love a more documentary, candid-style mixed with some posed to ensure that we’re capturing the raw moments as they happen while still getting those classic, posed shots that you will love!
HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
For photos, we deliver all of our sessions and weddings via Pic-time: an online gallery where you can download and even print and order products! You’re also able to preview what your photos will look like as one of these products as well.
WILL WE RECEIVE ALL OF THE VIDEOS THAT ARE TAKEN?
You will get everything except what I like to call “blooper” shots (haha!) - which means all of the unflattering, mid-blinking, out of focus or photo-bombed photos. On average, you will receive anywhere from 600-1000 photos. It all depends on what happens throughout your wedding day as well as how long we are hired to be there for. We do not send any RAW, un-edited photos.
ARE YOU LGBTQ FRIENDLY?
We absolutely are! We will welcome anyone’s love with open arms.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?
We only take 25 weddings every year so that we are able to go above and beyond for each and every one of our couples. Because of that, I would suggest booking us ASAP but typically 12+ months in advance, and even sooner for prime Summer and Fall dates as those fill up quickly.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
We sure do! Travel expenses apply to any wedding that is over 100 miles of 48066, as this is where we are based out of. Since travel costs to each area differ, we do custom quotes depending on the situation that will be added on in addition to the collection you've chosen. I believe that this is the best way, so that you are able to see it clearly where your money is going!
DO WE NEED TO GIVE YOU A SHOT LIST?
I will send you a family shot list template to fill out prior to the wedding day so we can ensure that you get all of the combinations you’re wanting for photos and it makes them go sooo much faster. As for a list of specific poses for you and your spouse or with your wedding party, you’re most certainly welcome to send me some that are must haves but I have a lot of different poses that I do for every wedding. You can trust that I will make sure that you have a ton of different types of photos to have a lot to choose from :)
